Theme of the Week Contest Featuring Motus by TWP
Theme of the Week Contest Featuring Motus by TWP
So it has been a week or so since we finished the last Theme of the Week Contest and our winners have been enjoying their new look. Well it is now time to put another theme into the mix. So to make this one real easy for you all the rules are 1)Be a member of our site and forums 2)leave a comment on this post telling us why you should win. See how easy that is!! If you don’t enter your just punishing yourself. We will be giving away FIVE FREE copies of Motus, and the contest will end on Friday August 6th at 12pm EST. So now let us take at look at this week’s theme.
Motus by Pootermobile
I picked up this theme on a recommendation by our very own Nerdberry_Jason and I was not disappointed and neither will you. Here is a summary of theme;
Just like your busy self Motus is always in movement. As with all of Pootermobile’s themes the dock in this theme is no ordinary dock. Coming from the depths the dock slides up to reveal your favorite icons on the homescreen. When hidden the icons slide back down and are sealed by a cover that slides shut to keep your icons safe. Textures are all around this theme especially in the messages folder making your messages look oh so pretty!
6 mini icons on homescreen for non-touch devices (click 0 to show dock – click spacebar to hide dock)
5 mini icons on homescreen for touch devices (on-screen text instructions for touch devices)
Hide-able dock
Weather slot
No carrier
Wallpaper friendly
Transitions throughout
I found Motus to be a nice smooth and user friendly theme. I did not notice any battery drain or lag due to the theme. I also enjoyed the look on people’s faces when with a push of a button all my icons would disappear and be sealed in a vault.
I have tried a couple of themes by Pootermobile and I have enjoyed all of them, so make sure you also head on over to The World of Pootermobile and take a look.
Or if you just can’t wait and don’t want to take the chance with the contest head over to the Nerdberry.net Store and pick your copy of Motus for low price of $3.99.
